Each properly installed USB Interface appears as a virtual Serial COM Port to the operating system and applications.  Under Microsoft Windows, the microHAM USB Device Router can create multiple virtual serial ports.  Single virtual serial port drivers are available for Linux and Apple OS8/OS9/OSX.

Minimum - 800 MHz IBM PC compatible computer with Windows 2000, 64 MB RAM, Sound card, CD-ROM, USB1.1 port, Transceiver, logger or control software (any) 
 
Recommended - 1.6 GHz PC with WinXP or higher, 256MB RAM, Sound Card, CD-ROM, USB2.0 port, Transceiver with computer port, logger or control software (any)
Also Supported - Apple G4 or later and OS-X 10.0 or later with MacLoggerDX from Dog Park Software, Ltd. 
 
Note:  Windows 98 (all versions) are no longer supported.
