| • | The operation must consist of at least six full-time operators excluding support staff. |
| • | The group or organization must have a web site promoting the DXpedition. A list of all individuals participating must posted on the web site. |
| • | The group or organization sponsoring the DXpedition must commit to providing equal access for voice, CW and data (RTTY) modes. It is expected that at each mode will receive equivalent amplifier/antenna and operator support, have equal access to prime bands and operating hours to each of the world's major population centers and will represent at least 25% of total contacts. |
| • | In order to provide support for as many operations as possible, microHAM America reserves the right to limit equipment quantities to available "DXpedition stock" and limit the number of times equipment may be made available to any one group or organization. Priority will be given to the top 10/25/100 most needed entities and to experienced organizers. |

All requests must be made in writing and received
at least 45 days before the equipment is to be shipped. Requests should be

| • | Valid credit card information (card number, billing address, expiration date and "security" digits) must be received by microHAM America prior to shipping the equipment. The credit card will be charged for all of the equipment supplied plus shipping before the equipment is shipped. The credit card will be credited for all items returned in good condition. |
