microHAM warrants its products for three (3) years.  The product must not be modified in any way or the warranty is voided.  Cables are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 60 days.

What is covered: During the warranty, microHAM, s.r.o., will repair or replace any defective product at their sole discretion.  The unit must be sent, postpaid, with a copy of the original invoice to the distributor from whom the product was purchased.  microHAM will pay return shipping.
Do not return any item for warranty evaluation or repair without prior authorization - returns of "new" products are never accepted.  Unauthorized returns will be considered abandoned and refused or disposed of at our sole discretion. 

What is not covered: This Limited Warranty does not cover: (1) correction of installation or software errors in the user's computer(s), (2) damage caused by misuse, negligence, user modification or failure to follow the user manual, (3) damage due to improper or excessive voltage or voltage surges, (4) incorrect installation of any cables connected to the device by the user or (5) damage caused by storm, lightning, electrostatic discharge or power surge, including damage due to switching high current relay lines.

microHAM USB Device Router (the software) is provided “as is” without guarantee of compatibility with any version of the Windows operating sytem, computer, peripheral or accessory.
microHAM assumes no liability or responsibility for damage to other devices or injuries to persons as a consequence of using our products.
If the terms of the above warranty are not acceptable, return the unit, all associated documents and accessories prepaid, in the original unopened package, to microHAM or to your supplier for refund less shipping and restocking fees.
Terms & Conditions
All orders will be shipped via US Postal Service.  Orders over $100 within the United States require insurance and Signature Confirmation.  Orders outside the United States, including APO/FPO addresses, require insurance.  Customers in countries that have low insurance limits should contact us to make other arrangements.
All export shipments will include customs declaration for the full retail price with a copy of the invoice.  Duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.   
microHAM America, LLC. has a strict "no returns" policy.  Due to abuse, all sales are final, returns are not accepted and no refund will be given under any circumstances.  By placing an order you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.
